Employment with the City of Steubenville
Welcome to the City of Steubenville’s Civil Service Commission. The City of Steubenville Civil Service Commission consists of a volunteer three member board and a full time secretary. The Commission is responsible for personnel administration including recruitment and applicant testing of potential recruits for employment. The city employs over 200 full time employees and another 60-100 seasonal and part time employees. The City of Steubenville is an EEOC employer.
